As our services are digital in nature and tailored to each project, they are not eligible for physical returns. However, we do offer a fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, provided that editing work has not yet started.

• Once editing work has begun, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds:

• If you are not satisfied with the final edited video, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final delivery.

• Refunds (full or partial) are granted at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

• Once a refund request is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the service has been fully delivered and approved by you.

• If substantial editing work has already been completed and delivered.

• For rush or expedited projects.

• If the refund request is made after 7 days of delivery.
